Services

There is a difference between amenities and services.  Amenities are things like spacious apartments and an abundance of closet space.  Services, on the other hand, can be as simple as little kindnesses, a helpful hand, a friendly smile or helping hang a picture in your apartment.

Several of our residents say that the reason they love Brentmoor and Brentmoor Place is because of the services.  The truth is that it is hard to find a more service oriented, warm and friendly staff than those at Brentmoor Retirement Centers.

It is difficult to list our services because we do not have a manual on how to interact with each resident, to treat each person as if she or he were our parent.  Maybe it has something to do with treating others as we'd like to be treated.  Maybe it just comes naturally.
